When the voice tells a story
For the launch of the film Rocketman by 20th Century Fox Italy, 22HBG has created a dedicated Alexa skill, turning the promotion of the film into an interactive experience accessible by voice.
With the command “Alexa, open Rocketman,” users could discover trivia, quotes and exclusive content about Elton John’s world.
The goal
Create a new and engaging channel to promote the film through voice interaction, offering audiences an innovative way to experience the cinematic narrative, even outside the theater.
The solution
The Skill, developed by 22HBG, included several interactive sections:
Information: plot and iconic moments of the film with voice synthesis and images.
Famous Quotes: Famous phrases and trivia, with dedicated visual content.
Dedicate this song: Possibility to dedicate songs from the soundtrack.
Cinema Locator: List of theaters and times of the nearest screenings.
All integrated with AWS Lambda, Amazon Music e Powster API for real-time updates.
The result
Rocketman was one of the first Italian voice marketing projects for cinema, capable of combining entertainment and voice technology.
An immersive experience that has paved the way for new applications in the world of audiovisual and branded content.
