Smart Workspaces
Work environments designed to really work
With Smart Workspaces, 22HBG designs and builds technological workspaces designed for people who work with content, data and advanced digital tools every day. Production spaces, media environments, operations rooms, control rooms, and hybrid workspaces are born from a single principle: to create places that concretely improve the way people work.
We don’t start with furniture or hardware, but with operational flows. We analyze how people collaborate, produce, and communicate, and transform these dynamics into a coherent, efficient, and evolution-ready physical space.
Design and technology as part of the same project
Creative and technical skills coexist within 22HBG. Our in-house graphic designers develop the visual concept of the space, translating brand identity, functionality and usability into a recognizable and credible environment. Clients can visualize in advance what their workspace will look like, even before it is built.
In parallel, the technical team defines the most suitable infrastructure: workstations, audio and video systems, PCs, networks, automations, software integrations and control tools. Each choice is guided by budget, real goals and growth prospects, avoiding oversized or unnecessarily complex solutions.
Smart, non-rigid spaces
A Smart Workspace is not a “finished” space. It is an environment designed to adapt over time. 22HBG’s experience in software development, remote control systems and media platforms allows us to create environments that are modular, scalable and ready to integrate new technologies without disrupting what already works.
Whether it is an editorial space, a corporate environment, a technical director ‘s office, or a production area, the goal remains the same: to reduce operational friction, increase reliability, and make daily work run more smoothly.
get in touchOne team, from vision to operating space
22HBG follows the whole path: initial analysis, concept, technical design, implementation and startup. One contact person, one clear method, no fragmentation among suppliers.
It is the same approach we have been applying for years in technological innovation projects: concreteness, expertise and real attention to those who use the spaces every day.
