Naturhouse TV: Bringing the brand into your living room

Naturhouse chose 22HBG to take its communication to the next level: moving from physical centers to a constant, interactive presence in customers’ daily lives via the big screen.

We have developed an application for Amazon Fire TV that transforms nutrition and wellness advice into an on-demand television experience that is easy to use and manage.

The technological heart of the project is Peppers, our content management platform that allows the Naturhouse team to operate completely autonomously, without the need for technical expertise

Dynamic catalog management

The sections of the app (such as Food, Health, or Makeup) are not static. Using the CMS, you can create, edit, or delete entire categories in real time, ensuring that the schedule is always up to date.

Optimized multimedia schedule

The platform handles high-resolution videos, podcasts up to 40 minutes long, and photo galleries. The system guides users through the process of uploading optimized files to ensure smooth playback on TVs without buffering.

Analysis and control

Through the Peperoni panel, the brand has access to viewing data and a list of uploaded content, allowing it to immediately understand which topics generate the most interest in order to guide its editorial strategy.

With Naturhouse TV, we demonstrate how a brand can transform itself into a media company without weighing down internal processes. Thanks to Peperoni, managing a professional TV channel becomes a streamlined daily activity, capable of generating valuable data and strengthening the bond with the end user.

We didn’t just create a TV app; we designed a natural navigation system that eliminates any friction between the user and the content. The interface is optimized to respond accurately to commands from the remote control and keyboard, allowing users to browse catalogs and subcategories through a side menu that is always accessible.

The technical architecture ensures total visual consistency across every touchpoint: the experience remains rewarding whether on the big screen or on mobile devices and smaller screens. To maximize the reach of the content, we have integrated advanced social sharing features: users can not only share videos on their own channels, but they can do so by sending links with exact timestamps. This allows them to direct their contacts directly to the most relevant minute of the consultation, transforming television content into an interactive and viral communication tool.
